LIMITS progress round-up: what we achieved this week & what’s coming next

Dear LIMITS friends,

It’s been another productive week with yet more progress made in the areas highlighted in our previous post. Here’s a selection of this week’s highlights and what’s coming up next.

Mechanical

Further testing of the battery end caps has not highlighted any stress cracking. We will continue to test this in-house and on the field test units. An easier process for aligning the end caps has been identified and the details have been added to our install guide.

Hardware

We have continued to exhaustively test the hardware changes and are now confident to release the change to the manufacturer through our change control procedure. This will mark the start of the LIMITS PVT build and subsequent volume ramp!

Manufacturing

We have added two further tests to the manufacturing line, an additional screen on the PCBA and an additional dynamic power output test on the final product.

ANT+

LIMITS is now ANT+ certified! Certification Number 1L21NG

EMC/FCC/R&TTE

All reports and certificates have been received

Logistics

We have engaged with a logistics company and provided them with our database containing all order and delivery details.

Delivery schedule

We plan to provide samples to independent reviewers within the next 14days and ship the first batch of supporters units at the beginning of April.

From LIMITS team – a huge THANK YOU

All the best from LIMITS team and please stay tuned for more updates to follow!
